Thank you for your interest in Minnetonka Christian Academy. MCA is currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. The priority application deadline and lowest "save your seat" fee of $150 due date is February 1. Please click on the following links to complete the MCA Application and the Request for Student Records forms . You may pay the registration fee online here or send a check to the school.

New Student Enrollment Process

​

Phase 1 - Application & Interview:

1. Complete New Student Application for Admission (linked above)

2. Schedule and attend personal education conversation meeting with the principal

3. Submit Request for Student Records Form (Grades 1-11) OR Early Childhood Screening results (K)

Phase 2 - Financial Planning:

1. Pay "Save My Seat" fee - $150 by February 1, +$50 each month thereafter up to cap of $250 per student for new families. (Please make check payable to Minnetonka Christian Academy or pay online)

2. Fill out financial scholarship form (if applying for aid)

 

Phase 3 - Legal Documents:

Submit the following documents in paper form before the first day of school:

• Doctor Health Examination form (for K, 5th & 7th grades) to be completed by physician

• Copy of Birth Certificate or proof of age

• Copy of Immunization Records

• Copy of Health Insurance card

 

Phase 4 - School Year Preparations:

• Review the following school policies/documents and purchase needed supplies:

  • Handbook

  • Uniform

  • School Calendar

  • School Supplies List (by classroom)

• Sign up for Aftercare, if needed (form will be sent out in early August)
